What Matters (Our Values)
Scripture Matters: We will hold fast to God’s word as it is our guide, absolute authority, and thought in everything. (2 Timothy 3:16)
The Lost Matters: We believe lost people matter to God, therefore lost people matter to the CHurch. We will search out our community for the lost, the overlooked, and the marginalized and do anything short of sin to invite them into God’s house. (Luke 14:23)
Generosity Matters: We are consistently generous with our time, talents, and treasure to God, our church, and to those around us with a cheerful heart because we believe it is better to give than to receive. (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
Community Matters: We re made for community and believe we are truly better together through service gatherings, community groups, serving, and being in our community so that our love for one another deepens and grows. (John 13:35)
Discipleship Matters: We are disciples who raise and equip disciples who fully operate in their spiritual gifts given by God’s holy spirit. (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8)
